Dustin brings with him nearly two decades of integrated marketing communications experience, earning attention for clients across multiple categories and life stages, leading work that has won industry awards including several Cannes Lions, Effies, and PR Week awards. He has worked with both category leaders and challenger brands within several sectors including CPG, food & beverage, consumer tech, social media platforms, gig economy, and more.
Given we live in an attention economy, Dustin believes that earned-first thinking must be present across every brand’s modern media ecosystem and has spent the last several years working to help his clients drive culture, not just participate in it. He has had the opportunity to partner with several brands such as Jack in the Box, Rover, and Northwestern Mutual to create newsjacking engines to help capitalize on news, putting the brands at the center of cultural conversations. He has helmed earned programming for campaigns on the world’s largest stages, including several Super Bowl campaigns for P&G’s Tide brand.
He has served in agency leadership positions, driving growth at agencies like SGPR, MMC, Ketchum, ensuring innovation, effectiveness, and efficiency open doors for the best possible client service. He’s had the privilege to work on brands such as Snapchat, Twitter, Northwestern Mutual, Frito Lay, Nestlé, Heineken, Philips, and many more.
Dustin is a creative at heart, spending his free time DJ-ing, modifying recipes (sometimes successfully, sometimes not), and overanalyzing films.
