Caesars Entertainment
Reshaping the Narrative for a Legacy Brand
Caesars Entertainment is known for having one of the richest legacies in Las Vegas. The brand’s properties helped shape what the strip is today. From launching the first residency to being the leader in high profile chef partnerships, Caesars has been at the forefront of innovation in the market for decades. That said, over time, competitors came in and replicated Caesars model, and the perception of the brand began to shift from visionary to dated.
With new ownership, partners, renovations and more, Caesars retained Berk to help retell their history, highlight how they continue to evolve and once again make them the talk of the town.
The team created a comprehensive strategy that included carefully timed exclusives, immersive press trips, ongoing storytelling and strategic announcements highlighting Caesars’ commitment to evolving, updating and growing their properties. The one key exclusive in Travel & Leisure showcasing the revival of Caesars Palace, was the piece that led the way for a year of features that solidified Caesars leadership position in the market. Activities included two press trips focused on wellness and food & beverage, several launch events for new partners including Martha Stewart, Lisa Vanderpump, Dominique Ansel and more and consistent storytelling on why Caesars Entertainment still dominates the strip.
